Details

Creativity is innate, to be human is to be an artist. This exhibition was generated in three groups challenging stigma around mental ill health. Participants discovered and explored their creative identity, finding purpose and direction, focusing on wellbeing and the healing nature of art.

Many of the works are for sale. A joint collaboration with the Community Arts and Education Department and the England Centre for Practice Development, Canterbury Christ Church University and Shaw Trust/Live Well Kent.
