Beech Bank is set in five acres of the North Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty with magnificent views of the valley adjoining the Yockletts nature reserve known for its Orchid, badgers, buzzards and wildlife.

The house has many architectural features Oak King post, minstrel gallery, Inglenook fireplace. The rooms have many interesting features including Oak beams. Each room has its own unique style all are equipped with TV, tea & coffee facilities and hairdryers.

The garden is south facing surrounded by magnificent views with very large play area and badminton facilities for the more energetic.

The large garden and Orchard adjoins the nature reserve called Yockletts Bank which is known for its wildlife. The garden also has lovely ponds and lake stock with carp, koi, sturgion, frogs and newts.
